There is an art and a science to building and managing effective teams. Often the leaders and members of teams have good intentions, but a lack of understanding and sophistication in identifying how to be a good steward of the resources of time and talent of team members. The result is often wasted time, effort and frustration of team members who are under-utilized or being pushed to serve in ways which make no sense, given their natural passions and abilities. I love to step in to assist with:

  • Assessment of team members and analysis of capabilities of the the team as a unit.

  • Identify overlap and gaps in the way team members are contributing to initiatives of the team.

  • Coaching team leaders and members on how to reorganize team activities to enhance productivity and satisfaction.

  • Coaching team members on how to be more effective interacting with each other and working together.
