There is an art and a science to building and managing effective teams. Often the leaders and members of teams have good intentions, but a lack of understanding and sophistication in identifying how to be a good steward of the resources of time and talent of team members. The result is often wasted time, effort and frustration of team members who are under-utilized or being pushed to serve in ways which make no sense, given their natural passions and abilities. I love to step in to assist with:
Assessment of team members and analysis of capabilities of the the team as a unit.
Identify overlap and gaps in the way team members are contributing to initiatives of the team.
Coaching team leaders and members on how to reorganize team activities to enhance productivity and satisfaction.
Coaching team members on how to be more effective interacting with each other and working together.
